- Scientific application knowledge of devices in diagnosis of diabetes, blood related diseases

Work Experience :

- Prior work experience in insulin drug company, BGMS sector or in a major lab in the pre-analytical section, automatic urine/biochemistry/hematology analyzers sector

Nice To Have :

- Working process of the lab

- Deeper knowledge of working process of diabetes clinics and department of endocrinology

- Deeper knowledge of automated analyzers

- Deeper knowledge of vacuum and non vacuum blood collection devices

Accountabilities :

1. Expand new business

2. DELIVER SALES RESULTS

3. Manage and develop existing key accounts

4. Develop relationships with key decision makers in institutions

5. Conduct training for Nurses, Phlebotomists, lab HODs and lab Managers

6. Preparation of documents for Vendor Registration / Empanelment for various Health Departments/ Hospitals/ Institutions etc.

7. Co-ordinate in Preparation of Medical Tender as well as Online (E-Tendering i.e. State Procurement Agencies) & their documentation.

8. Appointment of Distributors if required for business expansion

9. Reporting to company and to be aware of the competitor's strategies & the market trends

10. Prepare monthly and daily sales reports
