Territory Business Manager - Healthtech Solutions (1-4 yrs)

Territory Business Manager will work with the Sales & Strategy team at our company. You will have the opportunity to work with a vibrant and talented team made up of people from various backgrounds entrepreneurs, designers, venture capitalists, doctors, chronic disease experts & consultants.

Your primary responsibility will be to sell technology solutions to doctors ensuring comprehensive diabetes care for their patients.

You will have the opportunity to:-

- Directly contribute to the revenue and profitability of a rapidly growing startup

- Build the market for a disruptive technology-based solution

- Be our eyes on the ground, represent our brand in our most important market

- Expand your knowledge of marketing, healthcare & technology

- Invaluable experience in a startup environment

You will be responsible for:-

- Continually building a pipeline of doctor leads that fit with company Go to market strategy and brand positioning

- Closing sales end to end, from lead generation, requirement gathering, presentation and contract closure

- Contributing to developing, creative methods for innovative concept sales to doctors

- Conducting in-clinic OPD, speaking to and convincing patients to purchase our program

- Track and manage metrics and goals related to finance, revenue, productivity, operational efficiency, and customer experience

- Manage sales operations on the ground

- Demonstrating an ability to exceed revenue and profit targets

- Qualifications :

- Required : Experience: 2+ years of concept selling experience in a new category

- Required : bachelor's degree preferably in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Biotech, Pharma etc.)

- Required :-Keen on building a career in healthcare/health tech marketing

- Required :-needs to have a passion for category building and learning in a fast-paced startup environment

- Experience in Diabetes concept selling, and pharma selling

- Excellent market knowledge and relationship with Customers

- KOL Development and management
