Terra Food - Key Account Manager (1-3 yrs)

- Terra Food Co (TFC) is looking for a Key Account Manager to join its team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible to work in close association with various business departments, maintain and develop the strategic relationships with the Key Accounts i.e. Zomato and Swiggy. In short, you will be working as a strategy builder!

- The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

What you will do ?

- Be the owner of our multiple restaurants listing pan India

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve targets using various key metrics

- Optimize Menu listing and ensure all the relevant details are available for listed items

- Strategist, conducting user journey analysis (funnel) basis various user cohorts for our brands and take proactive measures and activate levers to ensure strong return on investment which in turn would lead to maximum order through rate

- Discovering insights through reports and market trends to come up with strategy for growth including various discount offers, menu stacking and combos offered

- Straitening with key accounts to increase our week on week online ordering business

- Analyze, optimize and negotiate Ad spends to maximize ROI
