Responsibilities, You will:

- Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities regionally and locally

- Carry out sales planning and representation for Tenpower within your assigned industry and accounts

- Sales and business development for lithium-ion battery products with E-Mobility (E-Bike/E-Motorcycle) customers

- Formulate and present customer & sales strategies and product presentations

- Develop commercial and pricing strategies for quotations with commercial solid negotiation skills to secure new business

- Actively and aggressively pursue new business and meet all sales KPI- s

- Responsible for account revenue planning

- Understand and report on specific customer technology trends, innovations, and market landscape to create and implement strategies to grow the business

- Support current production projects (price management, change management, etc.)

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and problem resolution meetings

Qualifications, You have:

- Proven 5+ years- work experience as BD manager or other relevant experience in the lithium-ion battery, or new-energy related field

- BS/BA in business with formal education in sales/marketing principles or equivalent years- experience in the E-Mobility industry

- Proficient with CRM, Office, Project Management software and business applications

- Excellent listening, verbal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

- Proficient in both oral and written of English and Indian local language (mainstream language preferred)

- Must be willing to travel for meetings & trade shows, some weekend travel may be required
