OVERVIEW :

We are looking for an individual who is self-driven and possesses an exemplary drive to excel in sales function. Someone who possess work experience of Security/Facility related sales and has good network across industries. Focus area would include bringing quality business with good margin, ability to develop & sell solutions to client instead of mere security selling. The individual should have proven record of good sales. It is desirable that the person should be able to manage end to end sales function i.e. presentations, RFP & Bidding handling, Commercial preparation, Client meetings & follow up.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Being the sales representative region for Security/Facility Services will be accountable to deliver- target individually. Target will be apportioned as per the month of joining for the remaining financial year

- Monthly business pipeline & performance reporting to BD Head

- Driving standardized processes individually - cost sheet, RFP management, approval, contract management, CRM Management agreement, Pipedrive management & Ariba portal functioning

- Develop central repository of tenders, RFP, responses to standard questions

- Subject matter expertise in designing & defining the value-based proposition for outgoing pitches

- Accelerating growth in sales through effective lead management.

- Ability to pitch for a contract with commercial viability

- Create plans for targeting the upcoming prospective industries

- Maintain a transparent sale pipeline encompassing monthly run-rate as well

Strategic Thinking(Planning and Forecasting) :

- Supports planning process, forecasting future demand and requirements

- Ability to create business solutions to pitch to client encompassing all the solutions that company offers

Customer Management & Sales Development :

- Interacts with customers on a regular basis to build strong relationships

Facilitate in-organic growth :

- Relationship Building & Networking

- Establish a strong and reliable internal and external network by taking buy-in from both internal and external stakeholders
