Digital Marketing & Merchandising Manager (PPC / SEM / SEO / Social Media / E-mail automation / Content)


Amazon Advertising, A+ Content, Google Ad Words experience preferred


We are looking for a self-motivated, independent, analytical Digital Marketing & Merchandizing Manager to plan, budget, run, and measure PPC / SEM / SEO / Social Media / E-mail automation plans and content updates.


In this role, you will need to manage closely multiple client projects, develop a team, and coordinate with our US Office. To be successful you will need superior communications, planning, project management, and process skills, as well as attention to detail.


Key Functional Areas of Responsibility : 


Maximize ROI for PPC campaigns by identifying optimized keywords & territories to drive lead generation & growth


Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI


Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud


Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)


Write attractive and concise copy for adverts : 


1. Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends


- Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.


- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels


- Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors


- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics


- Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates


- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.


- Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives


- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results


- Create and manage Link Building & Content Marketing Strategies and enabling Social Media presence.


Requirements : 


- Must have handled marketing campaigns on Amazon platform or other related Ecommerce websites


- Must have demonstrable record of achieving leads & traffic in current / past projects.


- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement


- Keywords research & Content Writing


- Websites content management, development & testing


- Social Media marketing and content management


- A Team Player and willingness to outperform with assigned role and responsibilities


- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment


- Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)


- Working knowledge of AdServing / AdSense Tools is a plus


- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus


- Best practices in measuring performance of campaigns through tools like A/B Testing, Heat Maps, Webmaster will be a plus


- Solid knowledge of Website Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) is a plus


- Superior Communication Skills in US English, Written & Verbal, is a plus


- Amazon Advertising, A+ Content, Google Ad Words experience preferred


- 3+ years of experience InBound Marketing using Digital Strategies including SEO, Link Building, SEM, PPC, Content Marketing, Analytics & Email Automation, Social Media.


- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word


- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tableau, Web Trends etc. as well as internal reporting tools


- Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, etc)


- AdWords / Bing certification a plus


- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation required


- Graduation degree required /MBA preferred
