Temple Packaging - Manager - Business Development (0-15 yrs)
TEMPLE PACKAGING PVT LTD, MUMBAI
We are into manufacturing of printed cartons and literatures(Secondary Packaging) for many of the pharmaceutical & FMCG companies.
Our Head office is in Mumbai and Manufacturing Plants in Daman, Baddi, Hyderabad & Indore.
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the sales, marketing, and new product development of Packaging Materials
- Driving the strategic vision, development, review and approval of the Sales & Marketing Plan according to the annual Client Business Plan
- Achieving the strategy, sales, new product development and commercialization and program results of the Clients Sales & Marketing Plan
- Expanding client base / travelling ... meeting new and developing customers
- Segmenting and targeting potential clients in Pharmaceutical & FMCG industries
- Working as a helping hand to the sales team
- Attending Technical Sales meet, focusing on new product development, Market Research & Analysing new trends in packaging industry
Position will report to the VP & Managing Directors :
- Candidate should have good conversation skills in English
- Strong customer focus and ability to understand and achieve customer needs and close business opportunities.
- Ability to grow and develop in an entrepreneurial, growth organization
- Ability and motivation to plan, organize, develop, implement and achieve planned results
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Printing and its application in the Pharmaceutical industry
- 5 yrs of exp preferably in printing/packaging company
