Tellecalling Role - FMCG (0-1 yrs)
Tellecaller caller is responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.
Tellecaller Duties And Responsibilities :
- Tellecaller discuss with potential customers to inform them of the company's offerings and services. They ensure the prospects are aware of the brand along the journey and influence them to enter the sales funnel. Additionally, they engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the company's merchandise or services, which they subsequently relay to the relevant divisions to improve the user experience. A tellecaller may also carry out the following tasks:
- Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
- Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
- Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
- Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
- Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action. We work on US based model which is linked with health and wellness industry, where your task is to recruit under this project.
- Trainings will be provided online itself in proper training system.
- Work from home, Earn 15-20K as a part time work, hours to be invested is 2-4 hours a day or 5 days a week.
- No specific skills required, all field candidates are eligible.
