Telesales/Telecalling Sales - Real Estate (6-9 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Contact New Customers or Existing customers to inform them about a project by using Project scripts.
- To answer all queries about the company projects politely.
- To understand customer requirements and Recommend the projects based on their needs.
- Up Sell & Cross sell the product to right customers by asking questions based on their requirements.
- To Follow up the interested customers actively and push them for project site visit.
Requirements and skills :
- Any Graduate
- Work experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing or a similar role in the Sales Department(Real estate) with minimum 3 years plot/apartment experience
- Gender : Female
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
