1. Overall Purpose : Tele calling & achieving the defined SLA's
2. Reporting to : Team Leader
3. Accountabilities :
- Primary & Critical Accountabilities :
- Adhere to the product script provided by Company
- Meeting the monthly productivity targets
- Should meet the required benchmarks
- Login hours
- Call handling time
- Quality scorings as per the requirements laid down by the company
- Capture additional customer details
- Generate Reference and Cross-sell
4. Key Competencies :
Language : Need to know the basic language - English & Hindi
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong Process Orientation
Product Knowledge : Need to have thorough knowledge of the product
- Ability to work under Pressure
- Ready to learn and take additional responsibilities.
5. Experience and Qualification :
- Minimum HSC
- Experience in outbound process
