Responsibilities :
- Conducting outbound cold calls to prospective clients with the aim of generating leads and setting appointments.
- Effectively communicating product or service information to potential customers.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
- Building and maintaining a customer database for follow-up calls.
- Collaborating with the sales or business development team to ensure seamless information transfer and customer engagement.
Requirements :
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in spoken English to engage effectively with potential clients.
- Proven ability to make successful cold calls and generate leads.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus, but freshers with the right communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
