Role and Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads with the aim of generating interest in the company's products or services.
- Follow provided scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate product/service features and benefits.
- Collect and document lead information accurately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions with leads.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Provide feedback to management regarding lead quality and effectiveness of scripts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain records of calls and lead information in the CRM system.
