Position : Telesales Representative (B2B)

Job Summary :

- As a Telesales Representative in our B2B division, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth through effective lead generation and closing deals. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone, introducing them to our products/services, understanding their needs, and persuading them to make a purchase. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Proactively identify and qualify potential B2B clients through various channels, including cold-calling, email outreach, and networking.

Client Engagement : Engage with prospects to introduce our products/services, answer their queries, and present the value proposition in a compelling manner.

Needs Assessment: Understand the specific requirements and pain points of potential clients to tailor our offerings and present relevant solutions.

Sales Pitch : Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, showcasing the benefits and advantages of our products/services, with a focus on meeting the client's needs.

Deal Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and pricing to close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Sales Growth : Achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration : Collaborate with the sales team and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

Continuous Improvement : Continuously enhance your sales techniques, product knowledge, and understanding of the market to optimize sales performance.

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in telesales or inside sales within a B2B environment, demonstrating a track record of generating leads and achieving sales growth.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective communication with clients and team members.

Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to navigate complex sales processes and close deals in a mutually beneficial manner.

Self-Motivation : A self-driven and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.

Adaptability : Thriving in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, demonstrating resilience and the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.

Location : Must be located in Gurgaon, India, and available to work on-site.
