We are looking for Tele Sales - Female with good communication skill and can meet targets of appointment and lead generation. Experience in Telecom/IVR/Computer Hardware will be preferred.
Job Requirement :
- Experience in telemarketing, telesales, and sales making outbound calls.
- Highly performance oriented/ target oriented.
- Calling to the Prospective clients.
- Acquiring business from the new clients.
- To generate quality appointments for the sales team.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and educate them about work, fix meetings.
- Managing the database and report generation.
- Maintain database in order to maintain call and appointment records.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work in a collaborative and consultative manner
- Good convincing power, confident, pleasing personality.
- Result driven to reach ambitious growth and meets targets.
Attributes:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of MS- office, Excel, Power point
- Always explores innovative and best ways to solve problems
- Can independently take decisions
- Ability to manage project & team for timeliness closure and meet client requirements.
Other:
- Candidate with experience in Telecom/IVR/Computer Hardware will be preferred.
