Telesales Role - Stock Market - UAE International (1-5 yrs)

- Should have 1 year experience in customer service.
Job Description:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a stock market using scripts
- Answer questions about stock market or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
Shift Time: 12 PM - 9 PM
Week Off: Saturday ( till 5PM ) - Sunday fixed off
Salary : 3.60 Lac + Huge Incentives
