Telesales Role - Renewals Call Centre (0-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers for renewal of services/products.
- Utilize tele-sales techniques to persuade customers to renew their subscriptions/plans.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
- Meet or exceed monthly renewal targets.
Requirements:
For Freshers:
- Excellent communication skills in English, rated at 9 on a scale of 10.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, rated at 8/9 on a scale of 10.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to work in a target-driven role.
For Experienced Candidates:
- Proven experience in tele-sales or call centre environment.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, rated at 9 on a scale of 10.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, rated at 8/9 on a scale of 10.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Immediate availability for joining.
