Telesales Role - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)
- Attending in-bound and out-bound calls
- Giving proper inquiry about the project (location, size, configuration, budget)
- Connecting with more and more clients on daily basis via SMS, Calls
- Ensure that the client visits the site for project inquiry.
- Guiding the client through the location.
- Proper follow up with the client for site visits till the time they visit.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Open to Work on Weekends
- Prior experience from call center background preferred
- Knowledge of MS- Office, Excel
