Job Summary :
- We have an urgent opening with our organization - An NBFC - ( Finance Industry )
- The role is about handling all inbound calls which the company receives for their products inquiry
- And making outbound calls to all Borrowers & Lenders who are interested either to borrow a loan or invest their amounts in OML Group.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing Inbound calls
- Making Outbound calls
- Managing - Web chat & Email Support
- On-call support to Clients to complete their transaction online.
Key Skills :
- Candidates from the Finance Industry would be an added advantage.
