Telesales Role - IT Training Services (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities and Duties
- Generate 5-7 leads per day with high percentage of conversion.
- Make direct sales calls to companies and colleges and fix appointments for BD / Directors.
- Should call and enrol candidates for the courses that we conduct in IT Infrastructure/Networking - International Certification &; Job Assured programs.
- To effectively coordinate with other related department's viz. Faculty, Senior Management,Counsellors, etc., for smooth running of batches.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Any Graduate with a minimum of 2 yrs of experience in telemarketing or telesales preferably from domestic call center background who can work on targets.
- Excellent command over English (Written & Spoken)
- Pleasing & Go-Getter Personality with working environmental friendly nature.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and ready to learn and work independently with a motive of upgrading the working skills and growth.
- Good hands-on experience in MS Office.
