Our client is an IT training and education provider located in Hyderabad. Our client offers comprehensive training programs and expert-led courses in IT, providing students with a hands-on learning experience and placement assistance to launch their careers.

The Job

- Our client is a leading provider of IT solutions for businesses worldwide. Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT services to potential clients over the phone.

- As a Telesales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, - representing our company and building strong relationships with them. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively convey the benefits of our IT solutions to potential clients. You will also need to have a strong understanding of our services and be able to answer any questions that potential clients may have.

- Promote and sell our IT services to potential clients over the phone

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients

- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with leads

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

- Provide accurate and timely information to potential clients about our services

- Close sales and meet monthly targets

Ideal Candidate

Requirements

- Proven track record in telesales or a similar sales role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
