ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answering questions about product or service of the company.
Enter & update customer information in the database.
Keep records of calls & sales & note useful information.
Skill required:
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Good relationship management skills.
Good presentation skills.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs.
Ability to learn about products or services & describe & explain them to prospects.
