Telesales Role - International Voice Process - BPO (0-5 yrs)
Urgent Requirement :

- HSC/Any Graduate
- Excellent Communication Skills

- Should be comfortable working in Night Shift
Job Profile :
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Up selling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- ISR Requirements.
- Hold a bachelor's degree
- Previous Experience in an outbound call center or related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in G Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone & cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening & sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
Shift Time : 8 PM - 5 AM
Week Off : Saturday - Sunday Off
Salary : 30K + Attractive Incentives + Other Benefits
