Telesales Role - International Voice Process (2-5 yrs)
Min 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment, experience handling calls, explicitly with US experience from Tier 1 companies and currently working without any gap.
- Exemplary oral and written communications / comprehension skills in English.
- Background in a customer focused or problem solving environment
Promotes and sells products and services to customers
- Ability to work independently without direct, onsite supervision
- Proficient in working with several computer applications and databases, managing through multiple systems programs and screens simultaneously
- Strong customer focus, problem solving skills, and time management skills
- Experience in complaint handling and resolution
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly performance targets
- Proficient PC Windows-based computer skills. Experience in Microsoft Suite of products
- Minimum typing speed 35 WPM
