Telesales Role - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Designation : Customer Executive
Process: Inbound Calls
Location : Guindy -Chennai
Should be open to work from office
Salary offered from 18K to 25K
Experience - 6 Month - 3 Year in Health Insurance / Digital Sales Insurance. Sales in BPO industry preferred
Requirements :
- At least 6 Month experience in Insurance sales / Health Insurance Mandatory
- Should be proficient & spontaneous in Hindi / English/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam
Qualification : Diploma/Graduate / Under Graduate
- Should be passionate for growth and Incentive
- Should not be more than 30 years of age
- Should be vaccinated ( Covid )
Responsibilities :
- Should be good in analyzing customer's need of insurance and assisting him buying the best plan (On Call)
- High Level of Target Orientation of accomplishing weekly / Monthly target independently
- Should be open to work six days in a week and weekly off would be on roster basis
- Should be prepared and Insightful
- Ensuring No miss-selling / Unethical practices in the processes
- Good understanding and adherence of Quality metrics and processes
