1. Experience : 6 Month - 3 Year experience in Inbound Process Customer Service in Insurance/Banking/Financial Services.
2. Customer Service in BPO/Insurance industry preferred
3. Graduate & Post Graduate can apply
4. Minimum age upto 33
Responsibilities :
- Should have zeal to service customers in inbound calling set up
- Excellent with communication skills
- Insurance background an added advantage.
- Should have inbound call calling experience
- Flexible to work in shifts
