Job Summary :

For Telesales position :


- Candidate will have to convert inquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls or outbound calls.


- Candidate will be into retention and sales of insurance. For Customer Retention


- Candidate will have to answer inbound and make outbound calls and retain customers and renew their policies.

- 0 to 3 yrs of experience as Customer Care, Telesales / Telemarketing or Inside Sales Executive mandatory

- If candidate is having experience then it has to be in Voice Process (Telesales/CSE/Telemarketing/Customer Relationship/Customer Support)

- Must have done full time graduation.

Fluent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write.

For Experienced - 16000 inhand (2.50 LPA)

For freshers will be 11,400 inhand (1.75 LPA)

For Telesales position - Candidate will have to convert inquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls or outbound calls. Candidate will be into retention and sales of insurance.

For Customer Retention - Candidate will have to answer inbound and make outbound calls and retain customers and renew their policies

- Candidates with part time graduation will not be considered

- Candidate can be considered for any process depending on the interview

Job description :


- Handling and resolving customer queries and concerns while maintaining the same quality on a call

- Need to make outbound calls

- Documenting / Recording transactions and the necessary follow-up requests with other functions by completing forms and record logs.

- Understanding multiple products and processes.

- Influencing customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

- Processing each call/mail/ chat in accordance with IL standards and provide/take relevant information and update the system/s accordingly.

- Provide the Customer with a clear explanation of the action taken

- Ability to understand and handle irate customers

- Ability to achieve stretched targets and able to manage the organization standards

- Maintain Superior quality service by following organization standards.
