They ensure all your Air Freight, Ocean Freight or Road Freight shipments are taken care safely at ease. They organize shipments for individuals or corporations to get goods almost from anywhere to everywhere in the World.
The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Inform customers about company's products/services and offers
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Doing phone calls to the customers and pitching them our Services.
- Generate sales and interact with prospective customers through modes like mail, phone, chat, etc.
- Identify customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
- Responsible to fix appointments with customers for our Sales Team
- Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Following up with the leads generated through promotional activities.
- Coordinate with Ops team for current status of their consignment
- Maintain MIS
Ideal Candidate :
- Must have minimum 6 months of Sales Experience
- Smart Worker
- Must have some goals
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility
