Telesales Role - eCommerce (1-5 yrs)
- Minimum one year exp in inside sales or any type of Sales and Targets.
- Experience in Sales in the E Commerce industry is an added advantage
- Experience and ability to explain the customer on the product and its features and benefits and discuss the advantage of the online products.
- A typical day will require a maximum of 80 to 100 calls depending on your targets
- Talk to the new customer, Follow up on past customer and tracking the conversion.
Qualification :
- Graduate in any stream
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate in other local languages like Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, and Tamil etc is an added advantage.
- Passionate about a career in online Sales.
- An Influencer with consummate negotiation skills.
