Telesales Role - Credit Cards (0-4 yrs)
1) 0-4 years of experience in telesales of Credit Card.
2) Should be an independent contributor or have handled team of at least 8-10 team members.
3) Graduate/ Undergraduate can apply.
4) Should motivate and lead the team to achieve the desired targets.
- Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members effectively.
5) Should have good communication skills and computer savvy.
6) Should have passion and positive attitude towards sales.
7) Answer team member queries, problems and help them to improve their performance to deliver good results.
8) Flexible to work for 6 days a week.
9) Provide monthly sales report to Manager timely.
10) Good product knowledge.
