Key Responsibilities :


Tele-calling and Sales :


- Engage potential customers through tele-calling to promote Mashreq Bank's credit card products.

- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of credit cards to potential clients.

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to credit card products.

Language Proficiency:

Demonstrate proficiency in both Hindi and English languages to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

Product Knowledge :

- Stay updated on the features, terms, and conditions of Mashreq Bank's credit card products.

- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers.

Sales Reporting :

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance.

Compliance and Quality Standards :

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

- Uphold high-quality standards in customer interactions and sales processes.

- Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in tele-calling and card sales.

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Knowledge of credit card products and financial services industry.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
