Position/ Title: Telesales- Domestic
Location : Cochin
Experience : 6 months-5 years
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships/connections internally and externally .
- Achieve sales targets assigned and contribute to the overall achievement of the division.
- Ensure full awareness of all services provided and is constantly updated on all changes and amendments to product features, procedures, and processes for corporate tie- up
Key Skills Required :
- Responsible for meeting sales target through the tie-ups, Role is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organization by meeting the required sales targets.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
- Excellent Communication skill in English.
Note:
- Telesales experience is mandatory
- Relationship officer should be fluent in English+ Malayalam+any other languages like Hindi/Telugu/Kannada
