Telesales Role - BPO (1-3 yrs)

Process: US Voice -Sales

Work Location- JP Nagar 3rd Phase.

Candidate Should have at least 6 months -3 years experience in US Voice.

Maximum age limit is 28 years. Should not not have more than 6 months of career gap.

Salary 20-23 thousand take home.

Shift: Night Shift -Two way cabs would be provided .

Other Benefits: Incentives + Free two way cabs would be provided+ Free meal.

Interview between 2 pm to 5 pm.


JOB SUMMARY :


- The agent is primarily responsible for making or attending customer calls to sell products or services. they need to know how to communicate with customers, have great organizational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize in high-volume, fast paced environments. 


- Also Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in training programs. 


- Apart from being responsible for ensuring productivity metrics and quality, he/she is also responsible for the individual team's contribution towards achieving company goals and objectives.


Process Associates & Senior Process Associates :


- Candidates with 6 months to 36 months experience in an international (Preferable US Sales Campaign) call center


- Candidates should have excellent English communication skills with neutral accent.


COMMON CRITERIA :


- All candidates should have fluent English communication skills.


- Should be willing to work with rotational weekly offs


- Should be willing to work for sales campaigns


- Experienced candidates should bring their last three months- payslips with them when they come in for their face to face interview.


Process : Inbound & Outbound


Shift Timings : They need to be open for flexible rotational night shifts


Work Location : Bangalore
