We are hiring for Telesales
Role and Responsibility :
- Timely login, adherence to business requirements.
- Calling customers and convincing for personal loan
- Filling the application form flawlessly
- Timely follow up with clients to ensure better conversion
- Managing the relationship with the customer until the contract is signed
- Delivering required login hours, talk time & maintain wrap time within the specified targets
- Process wise understanding of reports to understand the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Targets
- Reporting issues to immediate supervisor
- Applying the feedback delivered by Quality, Training & Team Leader
Qualification : Graduate
Communication : Good
Salary : 15 to 20 k
Location : Noida
Experience :- 6 Month To 1 Years
