Job Description :
1. Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote services
2. Resolving customer queries
3. Customer follow up and feedback post initial interaction
4. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
5. Responsible for maintaining good customer relationships over the phone
6. Update customer information in database.
7. Strong skills in convincing and objection handling.
8. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
9. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
10. Ability to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Salary : Upto 20k.
