Telesales Role (1-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to present our products/services
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Answer questions about products/services and pricing
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional products/services
Requirements :
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
