Telesales Role (1-3 yrs)
- Understanding client's requirements and proposing the best possible solutions in the form of paid services .
- To convince the prospects and conference calls through calling and/or emails
- Use social networking sites for generating prospects.
- Conceptualize & Implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
- Focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online memberships over phone to the new and existing clients .
- Engage & retain clients with immediate query resolution, regular follow ups & value delivery.
- Participating in achieving overall business plans for increasing profitability & revenue base.
- Nurture relationships effectively with existing & new customers.
- Knowledge of Telesales and Tele caller would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding telephone, written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team
