Telesales Role (0-5 yrs)
Role & responsibilities
- Inform to customers about companies' product/ services
- Manage outbound call in a timely manner
- Call on data and generate leads that develops a new customer
- Identify customers needs and convenience the customer to visit the site
- Gain knowledge about the product / Services and clarify information whatever required
- Maintain good relationship with customers
Preferred candidate profile :
- Candidates must have strong communication skills in English
- Candidates should have knowledge and experience in sales (any sales and Real Estate)
- Candidates should have excellent Communication Skills
- Freshers are also eligible with good English Communication skills
-Graduation or HSC with relevant experience
- Must have excellent coordination skills, reading and writing skills
-Should have great convincing skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Candidates should be smart and effective.
- Candidates must have a strong grip over English.
