Telesales Role (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels, such as website inquiries, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and effectively communicate how our products/services can meet their needs.
- Utilize sales scripts and product knowledge to effectively present and promote our offerings.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products/services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
