The objective of this position is to deliver monthly sales targets while keeping quality and customer satisfaction at expected levels.

Is responsible for:

- Calling customers and convincing them to take personal loan.

- Filling the application form flawlessly.

- Timely follow up with clients to ensure better conversion.

- Managing the relationship with the customer until the contract is signed.

- Delivering required login hours, talk time & maintain wrap time within the specified targets.

- Overachieving the monthly targets.

- Replying to the inbound calls of customer on priority.

- Reading reports to understand the daily/ weekly/ monthly targets.

- Reporting of issues to immediate supervisor.

- Applying the feedback delivered by quality, training & team leader
