Our client is hiring for Tele callers.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Contact potential or existing customers, to promote services.
- Answer questions about products.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders.
- Make cold calls to customers.
- Keep records of inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with the client.
- Generate lead prospects over the phone.
- Maintain complete database reports.
- Interacting with clients on a daily basis.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year of experience within an Inside Sales, Telesales, or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Electricity/ Water industry.
- Should have excellent communication skills requirements.
- Experience in Sales Training would be a strong advantage.
- Experience covering consumers is a strong plus.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
