JOB DESCRIPTION :
Job Profile : TeleSales Executive
Process : UK Process(Outbound)
Working Days : 5 Days(Saturday And Sunday Off)
Salary : 25,000 to 30,000 Per Month.
Job Location : Mohali
Job Timings : 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm
This position is responsible for handling outbound sales calls and briefing them about the Products/Services that company offers. This profile aims to generate the sales for the company from new clients as well as existing clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for the product you offer.
2. Responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales target for the region.
3. Maintaining various reports related to Sales and Accounts.
4. Enter and update customer information in the database
5. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
6. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Should be Graduate/ Under Graduate
- Should be very confident about sales.
- Should have extra ordinary command in English.
- Self-motivated
- Listen to and follow directions
- Ability to be flexible and adapt easily to change
- Prior work experience in any international sales process will be a plus.
