Telesales Advisor - Education (1-6 yrs)
We are hiring for a profile of Junior Counselor at one of the India's Leading Education Group.
Working days - 6 Days Working (Sunday Off)
Working Hours - 9:30 Am to 6:30 PM
Job Description:
- Obtain Student information while answering inbound calls / during face-to-face interaction
- Verify Student information during outbound calls / during face-to-face interaction.
- Determine eligibility by comparing client information with the predefined eligibility criteria.
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information.
- Maintain quality by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Recommend improvement in procedures as required.
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and other updates.
- Prepare MIS Reports.
