In India, it has 7 centers : 3 in Jaipur, 2 in Indore, 1 in Gurgaon and 1 in Mohali serving Domestic, Premium Domestic and International customers.
Right now Teleperformance is hiring technical or customer support executive to serve its International clients like Microsoft, Symantec, Adobe, Yahoo, Amazon, Hilton, Kiwi etc though its Jaipur and Indore centers. Candidate should be able to provide support via chat or call and should be good in communication
Job Role :
Customer Support (International US Email Chat & Voice)
- Any Fresher/Experienced/ Any Graduate
- Candidate should be able to join before 15th July 2019
- Excellent in communication - Written and Oral.
- Comfortable with 24- 7 Rotational Night Shifts and Rotational Offs
- Customer support roles with salary ranging INR 21,000/- to INR 27,000/
