JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for retention of customers by providing best services and achieving new customer acquisition.
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
- Sales & Networking Skills
- Good Communication & Listening Skills
- Goal oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fresher / 6 Months experience in any Customer Service (Inbound, Outbound) English + Hindi (Must)
- Any Graduate and above.
- CTC up to 2.50LPA
SHIFT TIMINGS:
- 8AM-8PM (Window - 9Hrs shift) 6 Days working.
- 1 Day Rotational Weekly Off
ROUNDS OF INTERVIEW:
- HR Round
- VETI Test
- Ops Round
- Client Round (Face to face round)
JOB LOCATION:
TP Office, AMBIT IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai.
