Telemarketing/Telesales Role - IT (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
Job Responsibilities :
- Cold call people by searching keywords provided by us to sell products.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about the product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask relevant questions to understand the customer's requirements
- Record the customer's information and requirement accurately in a computer system
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Requirements :
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus
