KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Making outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through different source and counsel them for admissions.
- Handling queries of candidates looking for our courses and providing program information.
- Convincing the students for enrollment & generating walk-ins for courses.
- Assisting Sr.Conselor to convert Walkins to admissions.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :
- Graduation is a must
- Should have Good communication and telephone etiquette is must
- Should have Good Convincing Skills.
- At least 1-4 years of experience in calling, preferably in the education industry.
