Job Title : Tele Counsellor- Domestic
Function : Call Centre
Job Location : Gurgaon, Sector 18
Working time : 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)
Minimum Education :
- Graduate/Undergraduates also applicable (Minimum: 12th Pass out with result in hand.)
Work Experience : 6 months - 8 Years
Gender : Female/ Male
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Industry Exposure Required
2. Can communicate in Hindi and English both.
3. Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/lead generation.
4. Lead Generation process
5. Make outbound calls (80+ on daily Basis) to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services
- Research customer profiles and generate sales leads
6. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
7. Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
8. Update internal databases with customer information
9. Follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
10. Assist with resolving complaints and providing appropriate solutions
Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable.
Compensation Band: Max - 21K (in hand)
