Job Description :
- We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for customer satisfaction. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and provide support.
Responsibilities :
- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert prospects into customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide information about products/services and address any concerns or questions
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication with existing customers
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a productive work environment
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
