- Resolving candidate queries relating to course offered over the call.
- Ability to provide information clearly And effectively.
- Counselling of Students / parents on courses offered by brand.
- Ably guide students based on their interest.
- Generating walk-ins from leads/other sources and referrals.
- Follow up with the students who have shown the keen interest.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of sales and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable with work from office.
