- We are looking to hire an customer-oriented Telecalling to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve targets.
- Telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals- contact details.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
- Following quality parameters while talking or dealing with customers and clients
Requirements :
01) Graduates in any stream with working knowledge of MS Office and good command over English,Tamil.
02) Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
03) Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients
04) Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping.
